Michelle
is a certified personal trainer through the International
Sports Sciences Association. She began working in the fitness
industry in 2002. After she completed her first marathon in
Richmond, Virginia she began training others to compete in
races from a 5k to a full marathon. Michelle combines her
graduate education in business and public health with a love
of fitness. She now owns Richmond Balance, a gym in Richmond,
Virginia as well as a personal training studio.
